I’ve avoided writing on this for so long.
I’ve had thoughts. I’ve had strong feelings. I’ve had deep concerns.
But I was determined not to touch this one with a ten foot poll unless I had something truly helpful to say.
I don’t have a medical background. I’m not a nurse or doctor or a scientist. I haven’t studied any deeper into this topic than what it took to decide for myself and my family whether or not we believe something to be safe.
I’m really just writing here as a concerned human being.
There are waters stirring that are dangerous and growing all the more tumultuous with each passing day. There is a choice to be made. There is a stance to be taken. It’s not one that many of us want to face but it’s staring us down and it’s glare is one of impossible intensity.
With dreams, jobs, education and livelihoods on the line, we are being asked…no, not asked… we are being commanded, charged, directed, instructed, and required to inject our bodies with a substance we know little about, which has undergone little testing, for something that many of us aren’t nearly as afraid of as we are told we ought to be. And any “cure” besides this is being ignored, over-ruled and villainized to the point where people truly begin to think they have no choice.
We are being told at every turn that we are wicked, selfish, and a danger to society if we so much as QUESTION this narrative. From the average “peasant” such as myself, to the world famous pop star with a streak of independence and logical curiosity… we either comply or we are seen as the enemy.
And I feel I must say this every time I touch this topic, so that people can’t build a straw man here and say I’m in denial. I believe COVID is very real. COVID is dangerous. It’s touched all of our lives in so many ways. At this very moment, the father of a dear friend of mine is in a hospital bed fighting to breath. And COVID took the life of the father of another friend just months ago. It is a harsh reality that no one should deny.
But as the main stream media feeds us story, after story, after story, after story of those dying from COVID… as they strive to strike fear in our hearts at every turn, as they share all the stories of those who are thrilled to receive their vaccine, or those who just WISH they’d done it so they wouldn’t be going on a vent to die from the residual pneumonia…. for every story shared, there are stories that aren’t being told. There are stories that are being ignored. There are stories that are suppressed.
There are stories that deserve to be told, that deserve to be heard.
And that is my objective here.
I’m not here to say that we don’t all have a choice. We do. And you have every single right to say yes… and you have every single right to say no.
I could go at this from so many different directions. I could touch more heavily on the harmful, unconstitutional mandates. I could touch on the therapeutics that are saving lives and could save more but bring less money, so the hospitals don’t want to prescribe them. I could touch on how terribly this whole entire thing is being handled… but I’ll save it for another day.
All I want to do today is share the stories of real people, in real pain that are being shut out by the other side of the narrative. You know how they say there are two sides to every story? Well, you’ve heard one side… over and over. Now you need to hear the other.
A small town local news station put out a request on social media a couple weeks ago for people to share stories of unvaccinated loved ones who had died from COVID… a shameless fear tactic, if you ask me. But instead their post went viral with shares and comments from people all over the world who have suffered or whose loved ones suffered from adverse reactions. These are some of their stories.
A few days ago, President Biden addressed our nation. In his speech, overwrought with frustration and disdain toward those who would dare question him or the vaccine, he said there was a lot of misinformation out there, so, if we’re concerned, we should just go talk to someone who’s been vaccinated.
So, let’s do that.
Allow me to make a few introductions:
Meet Kate
“I thought I was a statistical anomaly, alone in this world. Getting pressure from all sides to get the jab. But here’s the thing, I know no one, personally, who has died from COVID. But three lives close to me have been devastated from the vaccine. My brother in law’s father died of a blood clot shortly after his vaccine. My sister in law is struggling with a new autoimmune disorder after her vaccine. My best friend had a stroke 3 weeks after her first vaccine, back in March. I’ve just now relinquished medical/financial power of attorney for her. She’s fully independent again, but she may never get her words back”.
Meet De Ann
“I am so sorry for all of us. My husband has been in a terrible health situation after his second Pfizer vaccination. He passed away for a brief time then was brought back to life. Along with multiple trips to the ER with a mini stroke and the latest CT scan showed a legion growing in his brain and he was told not to drive. Literally it’s like new symptoms keep happening and we are spending all our money on office visits, specialists and tests. No one, and I mean NO ONE, DARES to record the data as a vaccine reaction. So yeah, there’s a huge trust issue underneath this virus and it’s vaccine.“
Meet Calissa
“I lost my aunt a month after she got her [vaccine]…
“And also my 52 years old cousin with no major health issues. On August 13th he got the first dose of the Pfizer and by August 23rd, he was hospitalized with a severe case of Covid AND kidney failure. He’s out of the hospital as of last week & now has to have dialysis 3 times a week.”
Meet Derrick
My dad permanently lost sight in his left eye after being fully vaccinated….He was essentially diagnosed with a clot in his eye that caused the ‘stroke’ and permanently damaged his vision. Was sent to the ER and admitted for a few days to ‘manage his blood pressure’ because it was in the 200’s. He went into a specialist the week after being discharged and was told there’s nothing they can do and his left eye will permanently be damaged. He tried to get disability but that doesn’t cover enough to pay for rent. So he has to work still. He works in manufacturing. His productivity slowed down because he has no energy and has limited vision so they reduced him from 60 to 40hrs. And he still makes too much for any disability support.
Meet Nurse Lindsey
It’s about 4 weeks after the 2nd dose for me…. I have chest pain all the time…. I’m terrified I’m going to drop dead of a heart attack (especially after reading [other stories]) I’ve gone for an echocardiogram and have bloodwork later today to try and figure out my heart. I’m a very healthy professional athlete and registered nurse, 35 years old. I had Moderna x2.
Meet RJ
This story is a little more detailed and I think it could be helpful:
First, let me apologize for the verbosity of the following story. I decided to finally [share] because I have reached my breaking point.
I currently work for a large hospital system in the midwest. I am a sterile compounding technician, so I work mostly on the pharmaceutical side. I work in a satellite facility with 13 employees that is closed to the public. All employees have been mandated to be vaccinated by the end of September or face termination. I am 30 years old and trying to buy a house. I had been struggling with whether or not I should get vaccinated to stay employed as I love my coworkers and get paid well, but greatly feared the reported side effects – those known and unknown. After several attempts by my supervisor to persuade me and multiple emails from administration reminding me that termination would occur 1 month after the deadline, I was still waiting it out and hoping something would change.
I waited to the very last minute to decide to get it. I had started prophylactically medicating with aspirin two days prior to my dose because thrombosing disorders and cardiac events run rampant in my family. These were the side effects I feared the most. Against my better judgement, on 9/10/21, I went after work to get my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. 4 hours later I started to experience SOB, chest pain that radiated to my shoulder and back, left arm numbness, tachycardia, and difficulty breathing when lying down. I continued to self medicate with aspirin, vitamin c, and cyclobenzaprine as well as measure my heart rate (130-140 at rest) and oxygen levels (96-98%).
By the following Tuesday, I was convinced I was having or about to have a cardiac event, so I went to the ER. After 5 hours of waiting to see a physician, I gave him my PMH and explained my symptoms. This took all of 2 minutes as I am a relatively healthy 30 year old female. I made the mistake of telling him my symptoms began 4 hours post vaccination in which he proceeded to spend 5 minutes explaining why my symptoms weren’t vaccine related and that the percentage of severe reactions was so minuscule it was unlikely that the vaccine was the cause, etc. He spent another 2 minutes asking me if I had Covid (even though they tested me for it the minute I entered the ER and it was negative), had ever been exposed to Covid, had thought I might have ever had or been exposed to Covid, etc. He took no further information from me.
8 hours and a battery of tests later, I was told all tests were normal, that it was likely muscle pain, and to take Tylenol. I had already mentioned several times previously that I had been taking high dose aspirin with no relief. I was discharged. The next day, my labs and test results were loaded into MyChart (an electronic medical record app) where I could view my results. My WBC count was elevated and my CT scan showed a pericardial effusion. It was very clearly noted.
Naturally, I was worried for my health and also annoyed that the ER physician had been so dismissive and/or subversive. If I hadn’t been taking aspirin prior to and after my dose, this event could have been fatal or resulted in the need for surgical intervention. I sent a message to my PCP explaining the events of the last several days and asking for a prescription for prednisone and ciprofloxacin – two medications commonly used to treat pericardial effusions. She denied this request and told me to reach out to my rheumatologist as she thought my recent episode was related to my rheumatology issues (issues that are so early on, I haven’t received a definitive diagnosis aside from a positive ANA and RF, presenting as hand swelling and joint pain, nothing vascular). I also asked her to sign my medical exemption form since the CT scan shows a pericardial effusion which either was caused by or could have been exacerbated by the vaccine. This request was also denied. I have reached out to my rheumatologist as well, but have not heard back yet.
I am being told by HR that my medical exemption request must be signed by a physician while they are simultaneously threatening physicians with termination if they discuss the risks or alternatives to Covid-19 vaccinations or EUA monoclonals (this is documented in email correspondence between the Chief Medical Officer and all physicians). Of the employees I know that filed exemption requests, none of them were approved. I know nurses, physicians, MAs, PAs, and pharmacy technicians that have resigned, retired, or are waiting to be fired over this mandate and the actions taken by administration to quiet dissenting opinions. I feel like my life and my livelihood are at risk and the critical deadline is drawing near. What is happening in the medical community right now is incomprehensible. What happened to “first, do no harm”?
7 days have passed and there is still no improvement in my condition. Life-saving medications and treatments are being withheld from me. I now have to file FMLA paperwork to be excused from work for any additional length of time even though it is their policy that put me in this situation. I am unable to perform simple tasks like making the bed, walking the dog, or making dinner without my heart rate reaching dangerous levels, without having to stop and sit down to breathe, and without experiencing chest pain and palpitations. I will very likely have to take aspirin, if not additional medications, for the rest of my life. However long that may be.
And Meet Thousands More….
If you look at the VAERS website:
it’s a round about journey to get there, but you’ll see that there are thousands upon thousands of injuries/deaths REPORTED in the past six months. And there are so many that have gone unreported. I heard it estimated that only about 1-10% of adverse events are ever reported through VAERS. So take that into account when you see the numbers.
I’ve seen for myself and heard many more tragic stories, from teenagers to our elderly who have taken the vaccine for their “safety” only to discover it left them with:
Immediate, adverse, life threatening reactions within 15 minutes to 48 hours of receiving it.
Gullian Barre syndrome (a rare, autoimmune disorder in which a person’s own immune system damages the nerves, causing muscle weakness and sometimes paralysis.) …
Deep vein thrombosis (loss of feeling)…
Loss of strength…
Strokes…
Heart attacks…
Seizures…
Ticks…
Previously dormant cancers returning with a vengeance…
Nerve damage…
Enlarged hearts…
Chest pain…
Difficulty breathing…
Paralysis…
Reproductive and fertility issues…
Fatigue…
And the list goes on…
And not just injury…
The sudden loss of previously healthy parents…
The sudden loss of previously healthy grandparents…
The sudden loss of friends, of husbands, wives, aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers, children…. so many sad and tragic stories.
Stories that deserve to be told and heard and acknowledged.
COVID is assuredly debilitating and killing people.
And so is the vaccine which they were told would keep them “safe”.
Wrapping It Up…
As I said before… this isn’t meant to tell people exactly how to handle these tumultuous days.
All I want is to allow you to hear BOTH sides of this story. It’s impossible to make an educated decision without that.
All I want is for everyone, especially Christians, to allow everyone to care for the body God has given them. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 addresses sexual immorality but it is still a perfect reminder of the importance in caring for our physical body:
“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” (Emphasis mine)
We shouldn’t be careless when it comes to sickness… but we also shouldn’t be careless with the “cure.”
We aren’t all going to agree on how to handle this, and Paul addresses that as well in Romans 14:
For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself. For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s. For to this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living. Why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God; for it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.” So then each of us will give an account of himself to God. (Emphasis mine)
I’m asking everyone to pray, to research, and to be sure of their decisions in anything they subject their bodies to:
The faith that you have, keep between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who has no reason to pass judgment on himself for what he approves. But whoever has doubts is condemned if he eats, because the eating is not from faith. For whatever does not proceed from faith is sin.
And no matter where you stand… be sure you never act in or out of fear.
For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 (Emphasis mine)
So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?” Hebrews 13:6 (Emphasis mine)
No matter what we see on social media or the nightly news, we must consider these decisions with sound minds, logic, confidence and wisdom as we honor God with our bodies during these difficult days. And that can’t happen if we’re hearing only one side of the story.
I hope this is helpful. Pray. Study. Research. Hear ALL the stories. And pray some more. Then choose wisely, friends, and never out of fear.
Much love!

My friend’s husband died at age 48 after receiving Covid-19 vaccine. He developed an infection, his knees hurt and after being rushed to the hospital he passed away a day later. He was healthy before this point. Father of three young children.
Hospital did not want to record that after vaccine adverse reaction occured.
So sad.

Bethany Joy thank you for the information on these serious side effects and deaths from the vaccine. I’m still holding out from getting the jab. At age 81 I’ll take my chances without it. My brother got the Pfizer vaccines. First jab in April, second jab in May, 2021, and he hasn’t been feeling well since then. The VA ran tests on him but can’t give him a diagnosis.
